OUR STORY!
At Woodford TKD, Taekwon-Do is more than just kicks and punches, it’s a way of life. Founded on the belief that martial arts can transform lives, Woodford TKD was created to help children of all ages build confidence, discipline, and inner strength through the practice of Taekwon-Do.
I started Taekwon-Do at just 4 years old, I went on to represent the England National Team, being captain for 4 years. I've competed in over 30 major International tournaments, winning many medals both home and abroad.
After working within the fitness industry, from a gym instructor, lifeguard and personal trainer, I decided to return to my true passion in teaching Taekwon-Do.
I don't just teach Taekwon-Do, I believe in building future leaders, one black belt at a time.
