We welcome children from age 5 and up. Our classes are grouped by age and skill level to make sure every child learns in a safe and supportive environment.

Not at all! Beginners are always welcome. We’ll guide your child step by step, helping them build confidence, fitness, and focus from day one.

Comfortable athletic clothing is fine for the first class (like a t-shirt and joggers). Once they join officially, they’ll receive their Taekwon-Do uniform (dobok).

Classes typically run for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the age group. We balance fun, focus, and physical activity to keep kids engaged the whole time.

Safety is our top priority. All techniques are taught in a controlled, age-appropriate way, and we use pads and safety gear when needed. Our instructors are trained to create a safe and respectful learning environment.

Besides kicks and punches, your child will learn discipline, respect, self-control, and how to set and achieve goals. These lessons often carry over into school and home life!

Students are tested on their skills every few months. When they’re ready, they’ll earn a new belt that reflects their progress and hard work. Promotions are a big celebration!
